One thing I learned since I decided to run for office

I know we’ve been reaching out a lot, but by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, we really need to hit our $2 million final FEC goal before the election. Right now, we’re falling short, but if another 10,000 grassroots donors contribute before midnight, we can close the gap.

Missing this goal is simply not an option. Let me explain:

Republicans are spending big on winning this Senate seat — more than $23 million so far. Missing our goal means we can’t keep our own ads on the air. It means that we let Sen. Marshall and his corporate PAC donors have the last word.

In the few months since this campaign began, I’ve learned this: In a tight race like ours, every dollar counts.

We set monthly fundraising goals like this one to folks like you with full faith that this incredible group of supporters will step up. Please, I am counting on you to pitch in any amount toward our goal of $2 million before 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday.
